Slidell Picayune Community Report: Lenten fish fry, anyone?
According to Jay Badeaux, organizer of the fish fry for more than a decade, money raised is used for improvement projects around the church and school. This year’s emphasis is on renovating the gym kitchen and building an outdoor covered cooking area outside of the gym kitchen. The most ambitious future project is the installation of permanent lighting for the school athletic field.
